Free Trial Session Booking Bot for Gyms on WhatsApp
A prospect who already knows which class they want messages "book a trial" — the bot lets them pick the class type, collects date, time and contact details, locks a calendar slot, and reminds them an hour before.
Build it as a Manual Bot
A straight, no-branch chain: class-type selection, date and time collection with validation, prospect details, a calendar hold, tagging, trainer routing, a confirmation template, and a timed reminder an hour before the session.

Build it as an AI Agent Bot
The assistant handles scheduling changes and class-fit questions in one continuous conversation, then still confirms a real calendar slot.
Gyms & Fitness Studios
Unlike the manual bot above, this isn't one node in a flow — it's a separate AI assistant mode that takes over the entire conversation and replies in natural language until it's switched off.
